The preparation of this crunchy salmon starts from the side dish. To begin with, you have to clean the fennel and cut it into 4 pieces. Then boil it for a few minutes in salty water or cook it with steam until it becomes soft. Drain and bring it to room temperature by leaving it in the colander so that it gets rid of all the extra water. .

Grease the salmon and the fennel with extra virgin olive oil, season them with our Mix for fish dishes to your taste, and cover it all with breadcrumbs.
Cook it in the oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Serve the salmon straight away while it is still hot.
