Pumpkin mug cake


2 tbsp pumpkin puree
2 tbsp grated coconut
2 tbsp plain flour
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp ginger powder
¼ tsp dough for sweets
2 tbsp integral cane sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp melted butter



Put together all the ingredients in a coffee mug and mix them well.

Once the mixture is ready, “bake” the mug cake in the microwave oven and cook it at full power for two and a half minutes, it will be ready in little time.

Apart from being extremely tasty, this sweet can be consumed straight away, there is no need in fact to wait until it cools down! Be careful, though, when you touch the mug which does get very hot.
